Our CLEARLIGHT® Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna offers far, mid, and near infrared wavelengths to warm your body on a cellular level targeting a different part of the body and releasing specific health benefits.
Far- is the closest of the wavelengths to the infrared heat given off by our own body. Since far infrared wavelengths feel very natural and normal to us, our energy is temporarily enhanced and strengthened. Far infrared also promotes detoxification, immune health, weight loss, lower blood pressure, and relaxation
Mid- temporarily increases circulation through vasodilation, promoting temporary increase in blood flow and temporarily elevating heart rate and overall metabolism to help with pain relief, improved circulation, and weight loss
