Both Private Introductory Classes and Group Introductory Classes are offered for your convenience.

We would love to have you!

5-Week Group Introductory Pilates Session

During this 5-week session, the Instructor will take the class through the STOTT PILATES 5 Basic Principles and teach the class Essential Pilates exercises on the V2Max Reformer, as well as how and when to use small props. Occasional use of the Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, Matwork, and Tower may be incorporated. Once this 5-week session is complete, the class will have been introduced to all of the Essential Level Reformer repertoire and how to set up for each exercise. They will have been given a strong foundation, preparing the participants for group classes. At this point, the instructor will help each participant find a regularly scheduled group class that is suitable for that individual. This 5-week Group Introductory Pilates Session is only available upon new client demand.

Group Pilates Equipment Classes

Our “All Equipment Group Classes” are regularly scheduled classes and run on a 5-week session to break up the calendar year. They are 50-minutes in duration and have a maximum capacity of 10 participants. Each class is designed with a mind-body system of exercises that will help to create elongated muscles, build core strength and endurance, and help to improve posture, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness.

This Pilates Equipment Class regularly utilizes the STOTT PILATES V2MAX PLUS REFORMER with periodic additions of the Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Tower, along with various small props.

The level of the class depends on the regular participants and group dynamic. We are happy to help you find a class that meets your skill level and comfortability!
