Premier Pilates St. Louis owner, Tonya Linderer, along with her STOTT PILATES full Certification, also has a Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® based in New York City, and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach.

Tonya runs For the Love of Nutrition, where she help busy moms, dads, men, and women lose weight and have more energy so they can get more done and have extra time for themselves and their family WITHOUT feeling hungry or deprived!



Tonya’s education and experience has equipped her with extensive knowledge on holistic and functional nutrition, health coaching and preventative care.


Tonya also works one on one with clients to help them make dietary and lifestyle changes that produce REAL and LASTING results.
