With a background in Dance and Pilates, my passion has always been helping people to live a happier and healthier life.
Growing up with a Mother who was always stressing the importance of nutrition and health has helped me to realize early on, the effects of good eating habits, good health and how this relates to all areas of our lives.
Now that I have my own family, I find myself trying to instill those same values in them. Though I have always been "health conscious" I have definitely found myself overwhelmed with life and also overwhelmed with the contradictory nutritional theories. I realized I had been doing some form of "diet" off and on for 22 years going from no meat to all meat and everything in between depending on what the "experts" where telling us! There came a point where I needed to learn less about dieting and more about overall health and nutrition for myself and for my family.
I received my Health Coach training and certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have been trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I received my Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health from MUIH. Drawing on this knowledge, I can help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Afterall, we are all individually unique and what works for one may not work for all. That is why I base my coaching sessions on bio-individuality.
We all know that to be healthy we should eat right and exercise. What I have found is that sometimes we just need a little guidance and support to discover what way of "eating right and exercising" is right for us and will ultimately lead us to our own personal health and wellness without diets, restriction or deprivation.

Teaching Yoga since 2018
I began my professional career in the colorful field of art & design, yet my true passion lies in the great outdoors, where I feel most alive with the smell of fresh air and the sound of gravel under my shoes. Over the years, I have prioritized nature, food from the earth, and moving my body as they nourish my well-being and illuminate my life's purpose. This healthy mindset was instilled in me by my mother, whose habits left an indelible mark, teaching me early on that "you are what you eat" and that “the body is a temple.”
Originally from St. Louis, I returned in 2017 after 12 years living on the West Coast. Transitioning from the design industry, I pursued a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, evolving from participant to instructor while remaining a lifelong student. Teaching yoga has afforded me the privilege of guiding others in self-discovery beyond the mat. I currently teach at multiple studios across St. Louis, offer private and corporate classes, and curate international yoga retreats for adventurers and seekers of life experiences.
As an adventurer at heart, I have lived in five different states, accumulating a wealth of interactions with unique culture, foods, and people. I have embraced risks, experienced successes and failures, found and lost love, gained enlightenment, and even collected a few tattoos. These adventures have profoundly enriched my mind, body, and soul. I infuse my classes and coaching with creativity and the rich knowledge gained from my travels and learning experiences.
My passion for yoga and working with diverse individuals sparked an interest in health coaching. Fascinated by the interplay between physical health, emotions, and mental well-being, I pursued certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I now guide small groups and individuals in bridging gaps to achieve a balanced life. My approach integrates yoga and health coaching to promote optimal health in mind, body, and heart, emphasizing their deep interconnection.
